1. Certification Validity

  • Initial Certification Period: Board certification is valid for 5 years.
  • Renewal Requirement: To remain certified, professionals must meet renewal criteria before the expiration of their certification.

2. Renewal Requirements

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Minimum Credits:
Complete a minimum of 50 CME credits annually or 250 credits over five years in aesthetic medicine, surgery, or related fields.

Recognized CME Activities:
1. Attendance at workshops, conferences, or webinars accredited by IEBDAMS or equivalent bodies.
